Target: 2 weeksShare 24 months of utility bills and a single-line diagram. Receive surplus capacity, deployable M/X scale and an earnings estimate.

Design & contract
About 4–6 weeksFix the M/X model, tie-in point, FGS size and settlement terms. Sign power-purchase and site agreements.

Prefab & deploy
MonthsFGS and POD are factory-built and shipped in containers. XCITY handles foundations and tie-in, planning around your existing operations.
- 04
Operate & settle
10–20 yearsXCITY operates the POD and leases compute to customers. Power and site rent are settled monthly against transparent metering, as agreed.

0.5–5 acres of paved yard, or a suitable idle building.
